The Land
Commercial Real Estate
Lands or city hubs are Business Licenses inside the 3rd Eye Tower. They also house and distribute all players.
Deep Estate Military Lands
Land pays you a portion of the all the income of the main game. This income comes directly from the microtransaction within the 3rd Eye Tower and multiplayer arena, from web2 and web 3.0 versions. In addition, lands come with a business license to build. Whether that is a visual experience like Christmas village or a skin shop to dress agents better, you can build whatever you can imagine as long as you adhere to the main rules of tower and don't sell illegal goods that may lead to cheating.
Furthermore, lands value depend on a few factors:

Class

City Hubs are ranked from 1-10 based on how well they are performing. If you decline missions AND/OR don't participate in the game by not playing, the performance of your Hub drops significantly, resulting in a lower class number.

Rarity

A combination of all the numbers listed below, each with its own pool weight. The pool weight changes in every season of the game as we adjust the numbers to create different storylines and scenarios. For example in one season we want to see how players get their numbers up when there's a plague spreading around which lowers their GDP. Or how people cope with overpopulation when the pool weight of the population is 3x the normal amount.

NAME AND DESCRIPTION

You can edit the name and description of your town. Would you like to bring back Silent Hill? Add some thicc fog to your reality and see how NPCs act.

MONTHLY LEASE

As discussed before, you can lease your NFT to other players in exchange for part of profit. You can set the monthly lease to a bajillion dollars but it won't increase the price of your NFT as the pool weight of this is set to 0. A lessee can create a faction (guild) and get them to do most of the work while he manages the faction. Moreover, you can combine the power of multiple Hubs by holding multiple NFTs and unleash the super powers of allied realities. However, be cautious as perpetrators try to sabotage your supremacy from inside by riling up your NPCs.

Land Value

Value of land is determined by GDP, S.O.L and population density, each with its own pool weight. Once again, the pool weight changes from season to season. Look for official announcements to hear about the changes regarding your land value.

GDP

How massive is your gross domestic economic engine? Depending on internal transactions between you (the leader of reality) and other non-NFT players and external transactions of exporting your products and services, GDP gets rated automatically out of 100.
Looking for ways to boost your GDP? You can lower the tax rate for your residents, attract more money to your reality as more players join and then build and grow your economic engine.

S.O.L

Standard of Living consist of 4 parts:
  1. 1.
Health of residents of your reality (Cloned food? Bad)
  2. 2.
Wealth of residents of your reality (taxes...)
  3. 3.
Love and rate of production of your reality
  4. 4.
Happiness which by itself is a multitude of factors such as available jobs, health plans, your ability to manage crisis, etc.

POPULATION

Density of your reality which can go over 100. Overpopulation is a problem by itself as your SOL goes down, but the GDP of your reality picks up. Proceed with caution.
